Out Of Network:
We can provide you with needed paperwork documentation of services rendered for you to submit to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you for part or all of the services. See below for discounted rates offered for same day cash/credit payment with this option. Reimbursement varies greatly between insurance companies and plans. In most cases, you will find you are responsible for 50% of the cost of your counseling sessions after your deductible is met.
The following are important questions for you to ask your insurance company regarding out of network reimbursement:
– Call and ask what your out of network benefits are for mental health services.
– Ask if you have a separate deductible for out of network versus in network services.
– How much of your deductible have you met?
– What is your co-payment? And do you have co-insurance %?
Basic Rates:
Diagnostic Intake Session (50-minute Session):
$185 (same day payment discount: $155)
Individual Counseling 50-minute Session:
$150 (same day payment discount: $120)
Couples and Family 50-minute Session:
$150 (same day payment discount: $120)
We can also work with you to develop customized appointment types and time lengths including activity based counseling work.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance by phone, email or text message, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance will not cover this fee.
Parental Involvement Policy
NewTides Counseling and Wellness believes that parental involvement and support is critical for the long-term success of an adolescence’s developmental needs as the family system is important to consider in their treatment. Based off the importance of the family system, we will require parental involvement based on treatment needs developed collaboratively with you and your adolescent.
